What materials are used in Newbornlander products?
All our products are made with high-quality, baby-safe materials, including 100% cotton, wool, sherpa, and natural wood. We prioritize sustainability and avoid harmful chemicals like BPA, PVC, phthalates, and formaldehyde.
How do I choose the right size for my baby?
We provide a detailed size guide for each product in the product description. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you find the perfect fit!
Are your products machine washable?
Most of our items, including bibs, sensory blankets, and booties, are machine washable on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to preserve fabric integrity. For wooden teethers and car seat covers, spot cleaning is best.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various amounts, and we also provide gift-wrapping options at checkout to make your purchase extra special.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on location:
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- USA: 7-14 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We love creating special pieces for you and your little one and we want you to enjoy your Newbornlander items as much as we enjoy creating them!
We handle all refund and exchange requests on a case by case basis. For items that do not show signs of use and/or deterioration, please get in touch with us within 15 days of making your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country.
