Returns/Exchanges

We love creating special pieces for you and your little one and we want you to enjoy your Newbornlander items as much as we enjoy creating them!

We handle all refund and exchange requests on a case by case basis. For items that do not show signs of use and/or deterioration, please get in touch with us within 15 days of making your purchase.

For us, it is incredibly important that our customers are happy with the look, feel, and fit of their items and we want to make sure that their babies are comfortable, cozy, and stylish.

Shipping

We’re happy to be able to offer shipping for our customers outside of St. John’s Metro. Given the high demand for orders, and the handmade nature of our business, it is essential for us to have a reliable shipping service for our customers. We work directly with Canada Post. Shipping times will vary by province and we ask you to please keep in mind a possible increase in standard shipping time due to COVID-19 delays.

A general estimate of shipping costs are as follows:

*Standard mail: $9

*Expedited shipping: $15

*US: $18 expedited

We’re pleased to be able to offer free shipping within Canada on purchases over $140 (before taxes)!

Pickup

We are pleased to offer contactless curb-side pickup in St. John’s as follows:

Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
